If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered colour swatches so I could be sure on the colours before ordering. The ties have arrived. They are poor quality with an obvious seam running the whole way down the middle and the colour does not match the swatch they sent me. I have complained to customer care and was offered an £8 refund which is insulting considering I spent £93 in total on ties and they then said that the colour is different because they have different manufacturing processes! Absolute rubbish! You can’t send a colour swatches that are different to the product. Absolute joke of a company
