All items from Duntery are made-to-order. Processing time differs based on product types.

6. OTHER TERMS FOR DELIVERY

1. P.O. Boxes address or military address are not supported by DHL & UPS
2. As the global shipping is hugely impacted by Covid-19, please understand delivery time will be longer than expected time for some destination countries.
3. Under uncontrollable circumstances like Covid-19 quarantine, weather changes, natural disasters, war, strikes, the delay might happen. We will do everything we can to offer the most efficient fast service and deliver the items on time. Highly appreciate your patience and understanding.
4. Overnight shipping is not supported at this moment.
5. Address change is supported for free before the package is sent out.

   After the package is shipped out, what we can do is to contact the shipping courier and try our best to change the address for you. But we can not guarantee it will be successful. And in this case, there might be costs incurred for addressing change charged by the shipping courier. It will be responsible by customers.

6. The shipping time listed above is the estimated time. Please understand there might be a delay. If you need the dress urgently, please contact us for the expected arrival date. We will see what we can do for you.
7. Shipping fees are non-refundable for any cases.
8. A certain amount of import duty may apply to some countries. For instance, the CSC (customs clearance charge) is required in some European countries. VAT – or Value Added Tax - is administered and collected by local governments. Customers should be responsible for it.
9. We will email you shipping details after the package is sent out and keep you informed within the delivery time.
10. If your package has been delayed over 10 business days, please contact us via service@duntery.com to check the details information for your package. We will check what happened and offer solutions to fix the issues.

7. Order Canceling

• All orders will be dealt with within 24 hours and we will inform the tailor to start making the clothes. So if you want to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours. If you cancel your order after 24 hours, we will charge a certain amount for the order. Please refer to our Refund Policy . for the details of the charge.
  • Free order cancellation is supported within 24 hours after your payment. Please contact us in time.
  • If contact us within 24-72 hours after your payment is finished, 50% of the dress price will be charged as a material and processing fee.
  • If contact us within 72-120 hours after your payment is finished, 70% of the dress price will be charged as a material and processing fee.
  • If after 120 hours, Order cancellation is not supported
• Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.
• We are not responsible for the failure to receive the goods caused by wrong phone numbers or unclear addresses. And costs, in this case, are not covered by our Refund Policy . So please make sure that you leave the correct shipping address and telephone number when placing an order.
