I need a refund and still waiting for someone to contact me. I have emailed twice and send various chats on the website and no answer. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend to buy from them

I bought 2 of these dresses for my flower girls, they came very quickly and I was really impressed with the quality of them. The fabric is weighty, and a lovely colour.
They fit really well.
Girls love them.
The only thing I would say is that I had to have the one custom made to size as she’s a bigger girl for her age, and the bow on the back drooped because it was bigger unlike the the other which stayed in place, I have altered this myself by removing the poppers on the one side and moving them out to the edge of the bow, and adding poppers so it remains bow shaped like her younger sisters.
Might be something to think about when these are made in future.
Aside from this which is not a major issue I’m very happy with the quality of the dresses for the money paid.
I purchased two dresses worried another dress I was getting hemmed wouldn't be ready for my sister's wedding. I have tried to return the dresses for over a week now and the customer service has been shocking. Both dresses have been unopened. I do not recommend buying from this site.

The dresses look just as gorgeous in person as they do in the photos. Thanks to the adjustable lace-up back, almost none of my bridesmaids needed alterations—a couple of the girls just had to hem the length a bit because it ran slightly long. Overall, they fit so well and made planning the bridal party look completely stress-free!

The top fits like a glove and feels completely secure, but the skirt runs on the longer side. Need to pair it with some taller heels.

The structured corset bodice provides excellent support for my 14 frame. The way the fabric gathers at the hip is very forgiving for those of us with a bit more curve.

The shade is what I was hoping for, though the dress definitely runs a bit long. I need to pair it with heels to keep it off the floor, it will drape so beautifully.

Both dresses were a completely different colour to the pictures and they will do everything possible to stop you returning items. Please check their returns policy before making any purchases. Still waiting on a refund after 2 months!
