Shipping Policy

Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address, the objective factor of the logistics company, and how quickly we can prepare your items for shipment.

Receiving time=Processing time+Shipping time.

Note: Each item has a unique processing or production time. The processing time varies based on the items you buy. You can choose the arrival date on our product page. If your order contains multiple items, they will be shipped together.

Process time

All Duntery items are made-to-order. Processing time differs from product to product. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification to your email address notifying you of your tracking number.

According to the degree of complexity of dress workmanship, the required processing time is followings:

Wedding dresses: 3-4 weeks.

Bridesmaid dresses: 2-3 weeks.

Prom dresses: 2-3 weeks.

Mother of the bride dresses: 2-3 weeks.

The delivery time of accessories and swatches depends on our inventory and they can be shipped within 24 hours when we have sufficient stock.

Note: 

* During peak holiday and promotional periods order processing times may be longer. Therefore, we recommend that you place an order earlier to ensure sufficient processing time and delivery time.

* Due to the different display and lighting effects, the actual color of the item may be slightly different from the color displayed in the picture. So if you want to order the bridesmaid dresses in bulk, we recommend you order our swatches and fabric samples to ensure that the colors of the dresses you finally receive are what you want.

Shipping time

We accept all international orders with worldwide shipping available. We offer a fully tracked international delivery service to the US, Europe and the rest of the World.

For US customers, we use the following carriers to ship our products: 

  • DHL (www.dhl.com) 
  • UPS (www.ups.com)
  • USPS (www.usps.com)

Most packages shipping within the continental US are shipped via UPS. Orders containing swatches and/or accessories are shipped via USPS. Select packages may be shipped via DHL.

For orders shipping to Canada. we use the following carriers to ship our products: 

  • DHL (www.dhl.com) 
  • UPS (www.ups.com)
  • USPS (www.usps.com)

Most packages are shipped via DHL. Orders containing swatches and/or accessories are shipped via USPS.

For European customers, we use the following carriers to ship our products:

Note:

* DHL & UPS Shipping cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

* Due to the impact of COVID-19, some countries and regions will take longer to receive goods.

* Delays do happen occasionally due to uncontrollable factors, e.g. weather change, war, natural disaster, strike, but please be assured that Duntery will do our best to minimize any inconvenience that may arise.

* We do not offer overnight shipping.

* The address can be changed before we ship your orders. However, we are unable to change the shipping method or address once we ship your orders. So if you want to change the shipping address, please inform us as soon as possible. If you have to change the address, we can help you contact the express company, but it will incur costs, which will be borne by the customer. 

* Above shipping times are estimates quoted by our courier companies. During the major holidays, the number of airport freight will increase and the transportation will be delayed. If you need this dress urgently, please contact us in advance and inform us of the date you need. We will arrange it for you as soon as possible.

Note:

* These fees are non-refundable for any reason. We do not refund customs duties charged by the country/region where the customer is located. If your country/region may charge customs duties, please specify when replying to the confirmation email. If there is any tariff, please bear it yourself.

Order Canceling

All orders will be dealt within 24 hours and we will inform the tailor to start making the clothes. So if you want to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours. If you cancel your order after 24 hours, we will charge a certain amount for the order. Please refer to our Return Policy for the details of the charge.

Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out. We are not responsible for the failure to receive the goods due to lost phone numbers or unclear addresses, and are not covered by our Return & Exchange Policy. So please make sure that you leave the correct shipping address and telephone number when place order.

Logistics status query

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification to your email address notifying you of your tracking details, you can also check the status of your order online on the Track My Order page with your tracking number.
